The world is changing at a pace we've never seen before, and in ways we never imagined. To survive and achieve in this new environment we have to be creative, adaptable, and authentic. The days when we'd have a job for life are gone - most of us will now experience careers, roles, and businesses which will change over the course of our lifetime.

I created Atom creates with the sole purpose of making your brand better in this new, complex, changing environment. My own career has led me through many sectors and settings, all of which are coming to grips with rapid adaptations as the world around them changes – economically, socially, and for the individual.

My working experience has led me through the worlds of teaching, marketing, communications, fundraising, social care, and photography, as well as the world of Boards and leadership as a Director and CEO.

This broad experience has helped me and my teams to overcome many challenges and to become award-winning. I've been able to refine the ways in which we can maintain professionalism and quality whilst also remaining responsive, profitable, and effective. 

I am driven to succeed and to help others reach their full potential. My aim is to demonstrate a dynamic, pragmatic leadership style, that is at the same time equable and kind. I believe good leaders are defined by first class collaboration, creativity, and dedication.
